The Leon's are doing pretty well. They just need to get that reverse split done and file another reg A offering so the company can pay them. 😆In the 2024 annual filing the balance sheet line item on page page F-2 shows that the related party payables as of December 31, 2024 was $633,318. That same line item grew to $1,527,467 in Q1 2025, a $894,149 increase in the first quarter. Post# 51876 with links to the filings showing that the Leon's set themselves up nicely with the properties related to the Edgewater Recovery acquisition. Pic below detailing the related party payables in the Q1 report. What will they be owed now that Q3 is done? 🤔 You don't worry about the Leons's they are taking care of themselves. 😏

There is a reason that you never provide links for your quotes. Allow me to unspin your narrative with some facts from the filings. That $3 million personal guaranty was Shawn Leon securing his property side deal. The July 8K describes the proposed terms for property deal as, seller financed, $2.6 million, 6% per annum. With a 7 year term Shawn Leon could do very nicely. All Shawn Leon had to do was set up a side company, BH Properties Fund, and sign off on the $3 million guaranty. Life is good when you have voting control of this company and create a deal where you make decisions as both landlord and tenant. The leases are detailed in the January 23, 2025 8K linked below.

4. Acquisition of the business of Edgewater Recovery Center

The entities owning the real property were acquired in a separate transaction by BH Properties Fund LLC (“BH Properties”), a company controlled by Mr. Shawn Leon, the Company’s CEO and therefore a related party. BH Properties through its acquired subsidiaries then entered into lease agreements with ARIA Kentucky on an arms-length basis, at market related rates.
