First of all, I am allowed to post 4 times per, and this post is my 3rd of the day.

Why do you care if AABB files a "Federal Lawsuit" whether of inmganary or real enemies. To me, your statement infers that there is some measure of concern that those imgainary enemies will be sued. If they are imgainary, it shouldn't matter to you or your analysis.
The audit, to me is a prudent move, and ,to me, more and more, defies prudent logic. , but there is apparent undeniable data of shorting day in and day out, which should not be disputed, but is, by the bashers. That, to me, suggests that the bashers appear to be social influencers for the horting by apparent market makers. Do I absolutely know this set of facts to be true and accurate? NO. But the shorting stats cannot be denied. They exist for a reason. And I, for one, cannot ignore the fact that some on this posting board, have an insufficient reason for spending so much time and effort posting here, having paid premium subscriptions, moderate various posting boards, etc, and seem to refuse to disclosie why they are spending so much time and effort bashing a tiny company every day.
Git Real has more than 45,000 posts. Huggy Bear has 80,000 posts and moderates 14 posting boards. And they refuse to disclose their hidden, but transparent agenda.
And here you are attempting to influence that the company should not engage in a Federal Lawsuit against the MMs. I would speculate that the shorters, if they in fact exist, can be traced, and sued for millions.

Yes, an audit is a good thing, but , I would also factor in that if , based on these multiple mine projects and the plant, AABB can generate substntial revenues, that will create buying demand, which , in turn, will ratchet the share price up, thereby forcing these invisible shorters, if any to buy and cover, thereby forcing the share price up even further. Citidel is going to drown on its corruption, if they are part of this. And we, shareholders may see handsome profits in the mix.
Many shareholders believe, without doubt. I have doubts.
One thing I can say, the AABB vision appears to be spot on and heading in the right direction. Gold and Silver are the future and the American dollar is the past. As such, the gold covered token seems perfect for the future, though there will likely be tokens with far more $$$ backing than itty bitty AABB.
While share buyback sounds good, , it is what it is. Financial Management must be comprehensive and mindful, so the use of shares is preferable to exhausting cash reserves. A buy back will exhaust/ reduce cash reserves. Any CEO would know that.
Your post positions your analysis, which is not the analysis that will render a successful outcome, so NO, I don't agree.
