I 'enjoy' the ATM rather than standing in line in the bank and one 'work around' of the irksome Xfinity customer service voice menu; say 'cancel service'. 'Live' customer service rep comes on immediately. That was shared by a rep who was also an irked Xfinity customer. Works for renewal of digital subscription to newspapers too; I've yet to renew at the higher prices, retaining an $8/mo. subscription to the NYT for 7 years now.

I also like 'talk to text' on my smart phone.

Amazon 'fresh' orders spare me trips to the grocery store and standing in the line held up by a 'coupon person' and people disputing the prices of items.
