It all comes back to the audit! Charlie had to know this wouldn't pass as it had failed numerous times before. This is the end of the saga imo. Those shares in our account will turn into a number and sit there for years reminding us of this whole cluster f#$%. It wasn't a total loss....I met and talked with some good people from the old SOLI board over the years. Thanks again EdF.
