Thanks. Is it damning that J.P. is giving this depo at this point in the investigation?
Obviously, if CKYS had $25M or so come in from the govt. even thru a 3rd party there would be some evidence like PO's and bank statements to show the SEC.
Does this depo and continued formal investigation, after the suspension and informal inquiry, mean J.P. couldn't even come up with some basic documentation? Or...is this probably just the typical process that happens when the SEC is not 100% satisfied with the initial inquiry....like if a 3rd party was used and that alone was enough for the SEC to continue.
