Here's your something! Fubo is offering Equity incentive grants to 12 new employees to join the company. The grants are being offered in accordance with a NYSE ruling which states that any offering only can be made in connection with a merger or acquisition. Read about the 2025 inducement plan in the June 30 10Q for fubo which mentions that not only is it similar to the 2020 plan it was revised to include language for mergers and change in control. It goes on to say that any employees being added under the 2025 incentive plan can only be added in connection with a merger or acquisition.
