I’m not thrilled with the way the ceo has handled the buyout communication.. I get the need for some degree of transparency but to put it out there they are planning to pursue a M/A..hire a firm, etc.. sets the stage for another disappointment.. imo if he says no progress is made in Nov and they plan to purse uplisting the SP will tank..
