Dennis's claim for the RS was to move to the QB tier is bullshit. The RS was forced by the financier GHS because they had difficulty clearing and reselling shares they purchased via the EFA. At the rate the SP is falling, it will drop below $.01 sooner than later and this ticker will disqualify for QB tier. So >>

If this goes back to .0001/.0002, the same problem will exist and another RS. Reminder >> the EFA agreement is for 6 billion shares.
