I'm thinking we embrace the FnF merger into The Great American Mortgage Company and then suggest spinning off Fintech which was created under Conservatorship. Subsequently, current shareholders retain 20% ownership of Fintech in the merged MAGA which moves forward as a 100% current shareholder owned enterprise. Then Gooberment can charter competition that will utilize the Fintech Platform. This resolves all lawsuits, and allows Gooberment to tout a big taxpayer win while they IPO a portion of their Fintech equity and receive Fintech dividends moving forward.
