IN actuality imho they didn't !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What they di do though, was THEY USED OUR MONEY to bolster their bottom lines, NOW YES they made tons during this period but imho we WILL GET BACK what we are owed and with a reasonable interest paid to USE OUR MONEY.

But al these years they have made BILLIONS using our money BORROWED IMHO from the TRUSSTEE and yes he has/had the right to loan it out...........as long as he got a reasonable interest rate at the time............................................ALL IMHO
