whether it was intuition, spidey senses, or just a god given stroke of luck, i decided to take a SCREEN SHOT of RITE security details the other day bc of the Government Shutdown knowing that we were approaching Quarter end and that news could be delayed
so...the arguing over the rise in OS shares is all from RESTRICTED SHARES, this could explain the rise in share price on heavy volume over the past 2 months or so. I expect that we will read about this in upcoming filings.
RESTRICTED SHARES
Restricted shares are company stock granted to employees or service providers that have conditions attached before they can be fully owned, sold, or transferred. These conditions are called restrictions and typically involve a "vesting" period that is met over time based on continued employment or the achievement of certain performance goals. Once the restrictions lapse (the shares "vest"), the recipient gains ownership and can sell the shares, subject to any company trading policies.
RITE MONTHLY CHART also confirms higher volumes at higher prices
