How, as of today? It's at $16.50, and yes, it barely went below $16 briefly last week, but a few pennies here/there doesn't really make a difference.

Now if it goes to $18-19 next week, that's a different story, but I'm asking what the catalyst for that would be, absent the next earnings call and/or FOMC meeting.
