I definitely had noted the $31.9B was awful close to the $30B discussed offering along with offering it to builders and the number of empty lots per builder. I put those dots together but there has been so much information to date that hasn't amounted to even a green day that I certainly didn't, don't, want to put much credence in to it. It's just more noise until we get an actual announcement.
