You’re ignoring that the entire SEC review process is literally designed to separate BS from facts.
Funny how you say ‘they won’t fool the SEC’ while ignoring the fact that RITE is actively in SEC review. 
If there’s nothing there, the SEC will kill it. The fact it’s still alive and progressing proves your point wrong. 
You can’t scream ‘scam’ and then dismiss the one regulator built to catch scams.
