$NLST As I have stated before I am still in Nlst because of the fact that we have Jason Sheasby as our lead lawyer!As I have also stated Chuck and Gail have done questionable things through the years because they were probably forced into those situations too survive!When Chuck bought 3million dollars in shares I thought finally some skin in the game,until I studied out the warrant situation.With the warrants Chuck’s risk is almost nothing especially when the .70 warrants are lowered to .60 or lower based on VWAP!It will take just a minimal stock rise for him to get his initial investment back!Do I blame him for this ?No,if it is legal why not get the most out of it you can.But to me the optics are not good to the shareholders that have been supporting him all these years! Chuck if you get a settlement or a better contract with SKhynix ,all will be forgiven on my part ,but if you sell those warrants too quick to get your initial investment back ,all is not forgiven!
--- I couldn't agree more. Hong drew me in with his $3million buy. But it is so skewed to benefit him, it's pathetic. I'm so disappointed. It sucks. And I'm stuck and will continue to wait and hope, but certainly not as excited and hopeful as I once was.
