Trump and the Last Bastion of Western Culture
As time goes by, I realize more and more that the dominant rhetoric is draining humanity of its original meaning. They speak to us of equality, parity, progress — yet everything seems to be reduced to a single model, a standardized thought, a prepackaged language. They tell us it’s a good thing, but I wonder: at what cost?
There is something profound we are losing. The differences, the traditions, the cultural identities that once made the West great are now treated as clutter, as obstacles to be removed. Modern man seems to have forgotten that many of the rules — the very ones that are now being erased — were born from reasons, from lived experiences, from roots. Today the rule is condemned, but the reasons behind it are no longer understood.
Trump, for better or worse, represents to me the last barrier against this flattening. Not because he is perfect or free from excess — in fact, he often responds provocatively precisely because he is portrayed as a monster. But because he embodies resistance to a global power that decides what is right, what is acceptable, what one is allowed to think or say.
Is this truly freedom, when a different thought is mocked, censored, excluded?
Is it really progress to erase the cultural roots of entire peoples in order to conform them to a single model of “proper humanity”?
Globalism does not unite: it absorbs, levels, erases.
And whoever resists — whether it’s a people, a leader, or simply an individual who thinks with his own head — is automatically turned into an enemy.
Perhaps it sounds absurd, but today I see in Trump a rare kind of clarity. Not so much in the man himself, but in what he symbolizes: the one who says “no” when everyone else says “yes” without ever asking “why.” The last wise man in a world that confuses obedience with virtue.
And so I ask myself: how much freedom are we willing to sacrifice on the altar of uniformity?
And above all: how much time is left before true diversity — the one made of culture, history, and thought — is declared dangerous and banned forever?
