If I can go back in time with the knowledge I have today, I could win us all a settlement.

I am not sure what to think at this point but to say that I still have all my shares and will hold to the end with you and all Der goobers that are still here....

Mez think NOL play is about done. They expire in 2028. There is no financial services or insurance firm out there that can use the NOLs on time. Especially, at a time when we are staring at a recession.

The Guarantee is off the table. We fought for years to try to reinstate the subordinated guarantee. The CTs even lost the no discharge clause of the guarantee.

There is no business or sustainable operations with LBHI. The only thing left is at the end, the CTs should receive one closing payment.

The alternative was to go after the Trustee. We came close to securing am attorney a few times. The statutes of limitations also expired last year.

I forget what it was but the Trustee dissolved the delaware trust status too. Mr. Waske can speak more on this. I need a refresher. The statutes of limitation expired about a year ago on this.

Its not looking good for the CTs unless there is mucho dinero at the end. BUT, I still have hope...da devil will ride this to da end with da goobers here in Der gooberland......go figure.....
