Atlanta, Georgia — October 1st, 2025— AMEEREX Corporation (OTC: HIRU), formerly HIRU Corporation, today announced it has retained a leading Arizona law firm to represent the Company in the matter of America First Credit Union v. HIRU Corporation, et al. in the Superior Court of Arizona, Maricopa County. Counsel has been engaged to file a motion to set aside, pursuant to Rule 60(b) of the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure, the judgment entered as it concerns HIRU.

This matter has no impact on AMEEREX’s financial position or operations, and the Company will provide updates as the motion progresses to ensure shareholders remain fully informed.
