Yeah, that whole 'advisory role' is quite a smoke screen for a lack of real operations. Given the latest news, what more do they have to do than say to anyone, "buy gold"?

But note (with a shiver or quiver of excitement), that on the same day, they said this:

Denver, CO - May 15, 2025 - Vortex Brands Co. (OTC: VTXB), a diversified holding company focused on scalable, asset-backed ventures, today announced its strategic advisory role in a significant gold transaction, marking the commencement of a business model with substantial revenue potential.

Exciting, no? Except that they then throw cold water on investors by saying that it only has "substantial revenue potential," a strategic get-out-responsibility-free caveat.
