The large trades that print immediately after the closing bell are intraday settlements within the exchange that are necessary because of the natural actions of the MMs during the day. They are not true buy/sell transactions between stockholders. You'll see them on most stocks. They don't mean anything and don't indicate anything.

Pick a few other stocks and put up their time and sale records. You'll see it happens a lot.
