Not sure why you are perplexed. Clearly erhe lost its block 4 assets. The company stated long ago that it did not have the capital required to attract a partner, now it has nothing. Management checked out long ago also, with no insider buying since the reverse split and decision to stop complying with SEC disclosure and reporting requirements. Even its largest shareholder dickran is too humiliated to attempt promoting additional false erhe bullshit here. Rumor has it he/she is focusing on peddling dr. gus fake insider info to pathetic group of small investors who got sucked in by dickran's "dilution insurance", epic short squeeze, gag order, done deal buyout falsehoods. At $100/pop, it's gonna take a whole lot of bogus rumors and a stadium full of mindless minions to make a dent in dickran's huge 6 figure erhe losses.
