they could have negotiated better terms to minimize the dilution impact
Its not just a simple as that:
I would suggest you go back and take a look at when all of these dilutive deals were made... there were no better terms to be had... these deals were all done during Covid... take what they offered or simply go out of business.... the mistake management made was they thought Covid would last half as long and they thought that when it was done and the world got back to running normal OneMind was going to run this stock to the dollar range... well we now know that did not happen... the management back then was in over its head with this type of Tech they envisioned it being equal to what a stock does when the FDA give them approval...they skyrocket... it never happened that way for OneMind and we are now Paying the Piper for it.
