That's some of my finest work, as you can probably tell I was a common shareholder then. I've come a long way since then and am marginally less of an idiot, and because I actually have made some progress, I have come to accept that commons have no intrinsic value; preferred however are worth the npv of their dividend stream, which is above their current price. Commons have downside. But yes! good catch! I did salesforce work and still do, to try and help others and help myself and my family. I did have creditors come sue me, those same creditors --- some of them anyway, were part of FM watch; which were the baddies who tried to crash fannie and freddie --- but yeah; i did priortize and am still prioritizing payments; and i didn't plan to do it this way but when the supreme court farted on the law in 2021 --- i had to get to work; lest i embarass myself to myself.. i got to work and worked hard and bought more
