I agree 100 percent with you,the problem was that the 1st PR was not done correctly and the update was what should have been put out first.The 1st PR is why it tanked.Crucial details was not on the 1st PR like the partner has commercial infrastructure to compete with existing ketamine competitors in the USA market and other markets around the world that they are working on with other companies and other details.
