I’m not stupid. If they had closed on Lena this thing would have hit a nickel…….EASY. Probably more. I wanted to find out what I could and Ross said they were working to get it closed.

But Tony doesn’t have the controlling interest in APRU, and he actually clouded all that when he filed the Preferred B Designation and screwed over Bill and Bob.

But Tony was in the picture, he just couldn’t close the deal because APRU is skank….ie a corporate mess.

His past is APRU’s present.

The license requires all owners to be disclosed, and when the controlling interest is CLEAR AS MUD, that won’t do.

Tony f’d that up long ago. I can’t understand why he still thinks it might get cleared up somehow.
