I don't expect RKT to be a boring stock.
I expect the synergy of Mortgage, Real Estate (redfin), Servicing (coop), and possible auction (XOME) will turn RKT into a MONSTER.
The trick will be getting through the real estate dip that is coming if the 18 year cycle holds.
Four years from now, this will be the stock everyone will be saying 'I Wish I Had Bought When'. IMO.
I do hope the discussions about possible future escrow recovery stay on this board and then the naysayers will have no legitimate reason to tell us over and over again how we are wrong.
We may be but the naysayers posts outnumber the hope posts by about 3 to 1. If the escrow hopers stay off the RKT board even when the theory involves RKT, then it will be indisputable that they are no more than trolls.
