1. Several days ago, ~ a dozen well heeled folks came into the tavern.
2. Same tavern owner told us that one of the recent land sale residents told him the trees on their sold property will be cleared by winter.
OmahaInvestor's post on 15 SEP fits the timeline of Apex's land option purchase on 3 SEP. Perhaps the mysterious private island lady was there for Apex and not NioCorp? Who stands to benefit most from the new Highway 50 road project? Who now has direct access to the Elk Creek rail line? Was the Japanese film crew wearing Apex ball caps?
