close to zero...what wrong has been done..eh?---golden gate puts up millions of dollars....about $20,000,000.00...here---i don't know about you...but i would want something to somewhat secure that with...that's not chump change...and GZFX..isn't the only group they are playing with...so they attempt to secure it with a discount..and a convertable feature ----- how else could you get that kind of money?---think about it..and have fun!

ps..beat up the consumer before you beat up the financier...the lack of such(no demand) has enabled the share price to fall...as well as...how people buy on the cheap..eh?...that's just how it is--always/mostly put blame on the consumer...they drive the market
