In a nutshell AFFU's White Paper wasn't directly* for investors.
It was putting there shingle out for other companies who might be interested. Acquisition candidates, industrial investors, potential new strategic partners etc. It benefits shareholders eventually, but currently that benefit is unquantifiable. Hence the market snore. 🛌💤
