hired a NJ lawyer named Anthony Ambrosio. A notice was filed yesterday along with a request to reschedule this week's hearing.

Brugg's attorney objected as Brugg has bought another plane ticket, but the Judge granted the request.

The hearing is now scheduled for 11/19.

I say Brugg loses unless he has something in writing extending the contract. I'm doubtful the counter claim goes anywhere, but we'll see. It would certainly be entertaining.
