I used to own it. I bailed out in the 12's when I cleared out a number of stocks the day before I left for my August Alaska cruise so as to not have so much to worry about. I still watch the board as there is one guy that shows up from time to time and likes to stir things up. I remember that board back when it was in the 30's and there were some posters there with special glasses I guess thinking they would see a buyout double or triple that. That triple zzz guy especially.

There was some monkey business there as there was a webpage put up by possibly the CFO IIRC stating a sale to big Pharma that was quickly taken down back then.

Yeah I don't think UNCY will have much trouble getting their drug to patients - once it is finally approved. Something that should have already happened. When you see so many of these small bios have management that make so many rudimentary mistakes (not making sure the mfr of your product will clear FDA, not protecting your only drug from generic legal challenges (AMRN), etc) it makes you wonder if they have people running the companies that have a poor understanding of good business practices or knowledge of the industry they are in.
