OK. Two of the three scenarios I envision right now are favorable (the third scenario is I haven't waited 17yrs for a $50 to turn into a $34). I am sorry on many levels to say it seems the Government is concerned with $30billion. Of course it is pathetic that $30b out of $37T but materially this impacts anyone here who knows how much has been taken from shareholders.
