i dont understand why people keep saying i've been wrong for so long; the restructuring hasn't really happened yet; but to your point; the commons have shot beyond my estimate of intrinsic value; which on a conservative basis is nothing; but on a normal historical basis is something; like $5; which is still less than the current price;

and then you have pulte saying 500-700B; which i understand is probably not accurate; but i mean. whatever
