I'm just guessing, but my assumption is we will find out which banks are underwriting first. After that I'm unsure what order we gets news. Obviously we need the new capital requirements, we need decision on senior pref/warrants, uplist decision, 2ndary offering terms, and we need decision on litigation specifically the 8-0 trial. Anyone want to try to guess the order? Once decisions are made I am very familiar with filing order and timelines after getting into many SPAC groups back in 2020/2021.
