In 2012, they pushed out approximately 500 million WAMUQ shares through an opt-in voting process — and I suspect that the same or a similar procedure is being applied here: using a vote to push out shares.

Back in 2012, that vote increased the value of WAMUQ by around 30%.

So the lesson is: always pay close attention to what is happening, because the current distraction fits exactly into that pattern.
