I can't figure you out Pick. which side are you on. I am not trying to be a great leader . Always just wanted to share as much information to equity to help to give the common (et al) the best dd possible, not at all perfect. Thanks for the "indemnified party". We have had no Fiduciary help anywhere else. IMO
