I am tending to lean to Steven's idea about bios, namely; taking profits upon trial results and not waiting for the tough slog that the companies will have trying to generate sales

While I partially with agree with this ...there will be exemptions .

UNCY , once approved , should have a fairly easy time to generate sales due to the way TDAPA works for new pho drugs ...and the fact it will be fully reimbursed by Medicare for the first couple of years.
Little problem with pre authorization and the fact most patients hate their current pho drugs .

SLNO has tripled since the trial results but sold off recently since the Co raised $ to go it along IIRC .

I lean towards ...sell some on trial results , sell a lot more on FDA approval and then wait to see if Co is bt out before launch of the drug
