Well one way to look at it !
I'm interested in why they need $30 -$35 billion for ?If they IPO @ $50 then JPS $50 par get full buyout and so does the $25'sLawsuits go away!
That would clear the balance sheet of all JPS and leave room for them to keep their warrants or convert them to special SP and write down the SPSA to $0
