Advanced Alloys name attracted my attention that some day they could venture into making alloys with rare earths, when infusion of funds later become available to them.

NB took too long financially approaching DOD or other federal agencies for funding help.

Many foreign companies obtained funds from DOD earlier, why not NB???

It is all in the mindset of CEO.
