~ John, at this point’ … in my opinion, the COOP ChatRoom “Chatties” continue to be, and are now, even more infatuated with AI’ and a wmi-lt’, … that CLOSED and was COMPLETED Many Years Ago as Court Ordered … The Release Documents Were Specific and Cusip Designated and There WERE Two Bankruptcy’s … the First of the Two BK’s Filed, the “Debtor in Possession” Has Not Been Completed … “NOT YET” … ~
I Still Own and check ALL of my WaMu holdings as stated over the years, … and … I’m content watching as we transition into 2026 from the proverbial sidelines, with everything already properly secured … Cash and Investments …
I’m not well enough informed on Fannie / Freddie etc., to comment … and … although I maintain my COOP position, and will transition with everyone else, I’m not interested in Rocket Mortgage either during these tumultuous times in the US … especially with Brey going along … there are way to many other choices with sound spread sheets and great dividends available these days …
Thankfully, I no longer need any more wealth, tomorrow begins the Holiday Season ! ! !
