Today CLEV put out an 8K which said they changed their independent registered public accounting firm. This may not seem like much, but they changed it to the one that does the Indian's accounting, so maybe something is coming soon. There had to be a reason for this, but who knows with these guys. We are still waiting on the Judge to make a ruling. I don't know why he is taking so long, but I believe the Indians will prevail. I believe the Indians are very confident, which is why they broke ground on the construction.
