Still no... how can I be concerned when something that we have been told may happen, an RS, but as stated it wont happen until we get closer to the Reverse Merger completion date... April of 2027 If they do it now, then they will be forced to do it again before they reach the NASDAQ minimum price for entry into the NASDAQ. The objective here is to accumulate as many as I can and then when they are ready for MTi to take over and they possibly do a RS then my share count can absorb it and leave me with enough shares to ride this to where ever MTi takes it..... I also have no doubt that there are well over a dozen or two dozen others here doing that exact same thing.
The way Oscar has handled this past two weeks simply confirmed to me that waiting for any News to create an explosion in the price per share is a waste of time, him doing a PR a week after the MOU news from MTi shows that he has no intention of capitalizing on anything positive...his objective is to get the debt cleared, any way he can and by any means.
So now still not concerned, its expected
