$BMXI Management is pleased to confirm that effective today, a repayment and settlement agreement has been executed with our convertible note lender. The agreement provides no further share conversions or issuances therefrom to be made, and the full amortization of all outstandings by December 31, 2026, with no prepayment penalties.
