We are pleased to announce the signing today of a Memorandum of Understanding with AERODYNE GROUP, a global leader in drone-based enterprise solutions and AI-driven data analytics. This agreement establishes a collaborative framework where:

⭐ AERODYNE GROUP will act as technology partner for drone and AI-based solutions.

MTi - Mingothings International will serve as solutions integrator and business development partner for IoT and Smart City initiatives.

The MOU was signed by Francesc Domingo, CEO of MTi - Mingothings international, and Lim Eu Shawn, Chief Business & Solutions Officer of AERODYNE GROUP, in the presence of local partners BCN Smart Technologies Sdn Bhd and witnessed by José Luis Pardo Cuervo, Ambassador of Spain to Malaysia, together with Alfonso Yegara, President of Fundación Metropoli and a global reference in the field of future smart cities.

This MOU marks only the beginning, with collaboration opportunities spanning joint innovation, new business models, and future joint ventures. Together, we aim to deliver integrated, future-ready solutions that accelerate smart city transformation and create new opportunities for governments and enterprises worldwide.

The road ahead is exciting, and we can't wait to build the next generation of intelligent, connected cities with Aerodyne. 🚀

That's more than flowery promotion that's genuine intent including that little rocket ship. Without Oscar Brito's input I would have to say the first projects are likely to be in Spain and Malaysia. Who knows maybe Oscar is under NDA I can't tell ATM but even a little blurb congratulating Mr Domingo would go a long way in my opinion. We're definitely left dangling here as far as Affluence Corporation is acknowledging. Maybe he's trying to give Francesc Domingo the reigns. Very inconsistent with what Oscar promised though. Maybe it's not his place to say who can tell.
