Today or tomorrow would be considered 10th day, but I doubt we hear much detail on the back n forth SEC discussion.

They sound like they have multiple items finishing up to include in an update. Could be a big deal if they land grant funding and have positive IND enabling/preclinical news. Would set the stage for major funding or partnership to surface.
