#6 and the last paragraph is about the same company, Parkview Advance, but apparently different suits.

For a Company (PBIO) who goes to a Factor (someone who loans against receivables) and then stiffs the Factor----it doesn't bode well. But then, to have to resort to using a Factor doesn't bode well either. 😡
