Users are not in fact “solely” responsible for managing and withdrawing their PLUS1.

That is a false and misleading claim by ADVFN and iHub.

If ADVFN chooses to remove PLUS1 Coin by eliminating wallets and each wallet’s existing mined and earned PLUS1 Coin, then ADVFN will be and is also responsible for withdrawal of each of their iHub members’ owned PLUS1 Coin.
