"Per curium" is legalese for "slam/dunk!"

The Tennis equivalent would be standing at the net and powering the ball from a soft return downwards in an almost vertical fashion into the court and straight over the head of an opponent who was struggling to get back onto their feet after a 'diving around the net' shot.
The subtext is "Stop wasting our time with your meritless assertions! The judge in the original case played a blinder"
That is a sentiment with which I would concur!
