Not trying to pump or cheer but lets stack some facts up and stay calm and clear so we can figure out WTF is going on with the very least amount of info we have to go on.
From what I've researched/learned over the past few days (& I'm not a lawyer) is that :
Because our svm-rfe patent (685) has expired (back this past June '2025) the legitimacy of the patent can no longer be argued in a legal IP case. If this is correct - This is a HUGE plus going forward for our legal team !
Google AI says I'm wrong on this but that could be wrong.
