And the evidence keeps piling up. Over the weekend, Trump claimed that 300 million Americans died of drug overdoses last year. The entire population of the United States is roughly 340 million.

This was not an innocent case of Trump simply misspeaking and these kinds of cognitive screwups are happening more and more frequently. Something is deeply wrong with this man's mind and body.
